This apartment has kept its authentic character and is located in the famous Sant Eligio street where for centuries the gold smiths were settled. Just off via Giulia, the most beautiful Renaissance street of Rome, this apartment is the perfect hideaway for a couple or a couple with children.

On the first floor (no elevator) you enter the apartment in a spacious room where you will find a kitchenette on your left with next to it the bathroom with shower. This room has an open character and the small sofa bed is good for one adult or 2 smaller children.

From this first room you can enter on 2 sides the large living-sleeping area. Here you will be stunned by an authentic 15th century wooden beamed ceiling. The 2 large windows allow plenty of light to reach the apartment.

A round glass table with a retro touch offers room for 3 or 4 persons. The double bed is centered in the room and equipped with a high quality mattress. The cotto floors are original dating also back to the 14th century.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has 2 induction burners, fridge, toaster, coffee machine.
