The mezzanine and the sofa bed mattresses are made of memory foam, with the sofa bed particularly wide, measuring 160cm.

It has a fully equipped kitchen and shower room with WC and washbasin.

The studio is kept nicely warm by under floor heating and the shower has really good pressure.

The balcony is great with its table and chairs for lovely breakfasts outside. It has lights, a power socket and an outdoor heater.

Location is amazing! Near Victoria Station, you can walk from there to the most interesting places of London: Tate Museum, Big Ben, the Parliament, River Thames, Battersea, Sloane Square, Kings Road, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace...

The studio is offered with bed linens and towels for 4.

In the kitchen you will find: a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, induction hobs, extractor, cuttlery, plates and pans.

A coffee machine is at your disposal with complementary cappuccino and tea
