The villa's added value comes from its beautiful beach, and the privacy and exclusivity of Playa del Secreto, one of the last remaining residential zones in the Riviera Maya not yet invaded by industrial and invasive tourism of artificial beach resorts and gigantic hotels.
Playa del Secreto is idealy located only 25 minutes from Cancun’s International Airport, 10 minutes from Puerto Morelos, lovely and charming small town besides the beach and 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen with amazing night life and shopping centers. The villa is also surrounded by all kind of fun and cultural activities such as amazing cenotes, water fun parks, scuba diving and snorkeling spots (top spots in the world) and Maya ruins such as Tulum, Coba and Chichen Itza. The villa is plane and simply perfectly situated!

The villa:
1st Suite: one of the best rooms with plenty of space, high palapa ceiling and balcony with amazing sea view and a delicious sea breeze. This space is found on a separate building beside the pool and right on the beach above the Lower Suite giving these two rooms independence and privacy. This room can take up to 4 people in one queen size bed and one sofa bed.

2nd Suite: One of Villa's best rooms with plenty of space, beach terrace with hamacs and amazing sea view and breeze. This space is found on a separate building beside the pool and right on the beach below the Upper Suite giving these two rooms independence and privacy. This room can take up to 4 people in one queen size bed and one sofa bed.

The Studio: The studio is the most self-sufficient room with its own kitchenette and bathroom, and a spacious living room with two fixed couches which can be used as small individual beds ideal for children. It also has an outside terrace with sea view. This space is found in a central building below the Duplex and separate from the suites and common areas giving it independence and privacy. This room can take up to 2 adults and 2 children or small adults.

The Duplex: The Duplex is the villa's family area with 2 rooms and a mezzanine. This space can take up to 6 people. It counts with a living room and big balcony under a beautiful tree shade with sea view. The duplex is found above the studio on a separate building from the suites and common areas giving it independence and privacy.

Common areas: The Villa joins its common areas in one separate structure from the rooms in order to keep the resting places calm and peaceful while others can enjoy these beautiful area as long as they wish. This space counts with a fully equipped kitchen & bar with inside and outside access, inside and outside dining table with BBQ and a large living room with a large couch right in front of the pool and amazing seaview.

Exteriors: The villa counts with several beautiful exterior spaces perfect for chilling and resting in group or privately. Its main attraction would be the amazing beachfront pool surrounded by a beautiful wooden deck perfect for having fun or chilling under the sun. The Villa also counts with its own small cenote (underground cave and/or river), Mayas considered them as doors to the underworld. The villa was designed to enjoy the amazing Caribbean sea view from almost every place in the villa. The villa counts with 5 balconies and terraces.
