This is a wonderful hotel, with the bonus of being a base for a safari. It is so easy to relax here and enjoy everything that the Kruger has to offer. It looks onto the Crocodile River and on the other side is Kruger Park. Sitting having a drink you can frequently see elephant, hippo, crocodile and the other Kruger animals can be seen at times. The rooms are great with nice bathrooms and the ambience is like being a special guest at someone's special home. The staff are excellent and helpful, and will organise safaris for you. Golf at Ernie Els's Leopard Creek, which is nearby, can also be organised. There is a well stocked bar and excellent wine cellar. Breakfast is a delight, as is the evening meal. The evening meal is a set menu with a choice of 2 dishes and changes every day and from what I saw if you are vegetarian, then this can be catered for. The quality of the food was superb. I cannot wait to come back and stay in this wonderful hotel.
