We just finished an incredible week and wish we were still there! We had two families - children aging 6, 9, 12, and 13 - and we all had a blast! The house and indoor/outdoor living concept is incredible. It made the trip for us. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for 8 and you feel like you are outside all the time, as all the pocket doors open up and you have a constant breeze going through the home. Each bedroom was perfectly appointed and the bathrooms are all beautiful tile and stone. The decor in the living areas was absolutely beautiful and made the home feel very warm and comforting. The stone pool is beautiful, the palm trees in the yard incredible, and the constant view/sound of the ocean is amazing! Bea was incredibly helpful in preparing for our arrival and organized our airport transfer as well as picked up groceries for us so we would have a hot meal ready for us when we arrived. Bina is an excellent cook and made delicious breakfast and lunch for us just about every day, and dinner a few nights as well. Mimeo the gardner was so friendly and the kids loved him. He sometimes brought us coconuts by the pool. Overall, it was an incredible week in Las Terrenas, and the house was the centerpiece of the trip. Would definitely go back!! Thanks again Nicole!

Fantastic house Great view Restaurants on walking distance Surf next to the house beautiful garden and nice swimming pool great furniture and beds close to shops and supermarkets (7 minutes by car) maid and gardener are very helpfull and Bina is also a very good cook.

Villa is incredible! We just returned from a week stay with 6 of us. Playa Bonita is a lovely stretch of private area outside of Las Terrenas - about a 10min drive. The juxtaposition of the house with the pool, lawn and beachfront provides you with everything you might need. The house is top of the line luxury with great mattresses, linens, towels and furniture. Bina was a really special added touch and prepared breakfast and lunches for us everyday - she is so sweet. The owner and house manager were wonderful to speak with and flexible with our requests. After walking the beachfront, there aren’t any homes that compare to this villa! Book your private slice of paradise now!

The place is great! Just as described. The cook and the gardener were super helpful and did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The host was always available if we had any questions or concerns and offered prompt responses. Would definitely come back.
