The Villa is located south of Grande Terre few tens of meters from the beach. It dominates the west coast of Anse à la Barque and is ideally located between the cities of Saint Anne and Saint Francois, each 10 minutes by car.
The Villa has been designed to live outdoors in a very sleek style. It combines noble materials and comfort and is cleverly organized into three modules :
The living room comprising : a TV room, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, all opening onto a large terrace with a swimming pool overlooking the ocean.
The sleeping area is reached by a gallery which includes : a suite on the ground floor, two bedrooms with balcony upstairs, each with a bathroom, and a totally independent bungalow.
The 170 m² teak terrace like a boat deck is an invitation to relax: lounging around the pool, enjoying the spa at sunset, having a drink in the shade of the pergola…
Quietness is everywhere, the air flows through the high blinds. Wherever we are, the eye is constantly drawn to the light blue of the pool and the deep blue of the sea.

The beach is a few tens of meters below.
The most athletes can go surfing at “Le Helleux” beach which is 500 meters, or take the trail to “Anse Belley”.
At nightfall, the villa is surrounded by shimmering or soft lights depending on the mood of the moment. Coconut leaves sway gently in the wind. You are lulled by their slight rustling accompanied by the singing of crickets and frogs. Feel the gentle breath of warm air ?
