This villa is more than 300 years old! This beautiful and traditional finca in the splendid Mars Valley near the ancient city of Pollença, in northern Mallorca, is the ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
If you like traditional Spain, you will love this villa. The setting is pure happiness. Nestled comfortably in a charming isolated place a short distance from the historic monastery of Lluc, the views of the countryside and the mountains are breathtaking.
It is one of the most spectacular landscapes in Mallorca. Being located at the upper end of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the natural beauty of the region can be explored especially on foot.
This traditional Mallorcan finca is more than 300 years old, but a recent renovation has transformed it into a holiday home rental par excellence.
This villa includes the beautiful main farmhouse and a separate guest house. There is no air conditioning since the property does not really need it. The thick walls keep the cool, even in the middle of summer! The separate guest house also does not have air conditioning.
Decorated thoughtfully, it is a perfect marriage between the old and the new. The spacious living room is a pleasure for the eyes. Traditional wooden beams, wooden shutters, beautiful Spanish antique furniture, white painted walls, terracotta floor, etc...
There is a beautiful traditional equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) and you also benefit from satellite TV, a DVD player and free WiFi Internet access.
The rooms are bright, bright and comfortable. This villa can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. In the main house you will find three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. There are four bathrooms, three of which are in the suites.
