The tropical villa haven featured 20 bedrooms is designed around the natural architecture of this private beachfront location. Structures blend seamlessly, housing the tropical foliage and further enhancing the natural beauty of this stunning beachfront location.
The vaulted pyramided lounge pavilion holds a commanding presence at the top of the estate. The outstanding design encompasses the breathtaking views and impressive beach frontage, in unprecedented luxury. These island surroundings blend effortlessly with the sumptuous comforts and high-end facilities of the well thought out shared spaces and bedroom retreats. Delivering for guests a taste of something truly special.
The residence can accommodate up to 36 adults and 16 children comfortably, split over 20 bedrooms, at any one time and is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained staff members who will ensure that guests experience a truly enjoyable stay.
Each bedroom has been generously appointed with noise-reduced air conditioning to further enable guests’ enjoyment of this tranquil setting.
The suites have also been furnished with smart Internet LED TV’s, DVD Players and iPad/ iPod Docking Stations, providing guests with state of the art media and entertainment systems.
Parents with small children are always comforted knowing that a residence can offer adjoining rooms. With this concern in mind, Villa has ensured that 2 of the bedrooms have a connecting door to provide peace of mind for parents with youngsters.

Four bungalows are set in the exotic main garden and another four bungalows are set in their own private area with their own 250sqm swimming pool for added privacy. All have spectacular views of sister isles, Koh Matsum and Koh Tan.
These well-designed distinctive and personal bungalows feature the best in modern amenities; yet remain in keeping with the individual tropical theme of this unique island setting.
The large concertina double glazed doors create disappearing glass walls, blurring divisions of indoor and outdoor living. The pristine beach and lush poolside gardens simply become an extension of each bungalow, further enhancing the direct access feel of this private beachside location.
- The Master suite invites guests to enjoy exceptional privacy in spacious surroundings with a stunning sea vista. Located close to the lounge pavilion, the sanctuary unfolds through Indian antique double wood doors, presenting a well-designed suite.

RATES CONDITIONS
- Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change with notice
- Rates include American breakfast, prepared daily by the villa staff
- Airport Transfers charge of USD 50 is applicable, subject to 10% service charge
- Rates include full time Thai Chef service. Food cost and provisioning fee of 20% service charge + 7% VAT on guest account
- A security deposit of USD 1,500 (or equivalent in any major currency) is required to be paid upon the payment of the rental balance or cash on arrival
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- At least 180 days before check in, we refund 80 % of the paid deposit, or credit the whole deposit (100%) for another booking within the next 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation.
- Between 179 days and 90 days, we refund 50 % of the deposit or credit 90% of the deposit for another booking within the next 12 months.
- Between 89 and 60 days before check in, we refund 20 % of the deposit or credit 80% of the deposit for another booking within the next 12 months.
- Between 59 days and 40 days before check in there is no more refund, but still the possibility of crediting 70 % of all paid funds for 12 months.
- If you cancel less than 40 days before check in, a full or partial refund is solely applicable shall
- All credits can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf
- For all seasons: 60% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- For booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation
- Payment can be received via bank transfer or credit card via PayPal

The property was a beautiful villa right on the beach with beautiful palm trees everywhere. The best parts about this villa was its size, the beautiful garden and pool, and Mam the villa manager was very accommodating, friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was ever too difficult. Also, the food cooked by the chef was exceptional and delicious! The bungalows are the pick of rooms, especially the front two with views of the beach. The master suite was large although nothing special. All in all, a fantastic experience that I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The house was exactly as described: spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated and well managed. The staff was most accommodating and always ready to help. The kitchen was very good. After two of our daughters managed to sit-down with the Thai Sous-Chef, he delivered very well on the delightful Thai dishes. The two ladies who supervised the dining room and the housekeeping were outstanding and appreciated by the whole family, particularly by the little ones. They made a huge difference. The house manager, Renaud, is a good man either present at the house or available all the time. He delivered on our many requests playing Santa Claus with good grace, arranging for Thai traditional music and dances, for fireworks, finding a guitar for my wife, driving us personally to golf, boat outings, shopping, etc.

A fabulous place with the most caring team. From the second we checked-in we found ourselves surrounded not only by the beauty of the villa, where every little detail is thought through, but also by the most caring team of professionals, who made us feel a part of the family, rather than just guests. A hug-a-day from Mum and her wittiness come with the package! Chef Seri's food was most exquisite, both for casual dinners and for the wedding dinner. A big Chef's surprise on our wedding day was the fruit station, full of the melons and watermelons carved in peculiar and funny shapes, featuring our wedding date and our names. It was SO cute! Rebecca was our wedding planner - helping us organise our special day/big party. Her approach is: maximum attention to detail, precision, galore of ideas, humour and the energy of a very caring older sister, who wants you to be the happiest person on earth. I wouldn't have wished for a better wedding planner!! Will deeply miss the skype sessions, full of brain-storming and laughs. Thank you, Becky & Kalyana team, for ensuring our wedding day was the most special, beautiful and stressless event ever!
