- Staff : One cook, one maid and security.
- For a firm booking of the villa; confirm dates with a deposit of 60% (10 + 50%) by wire transfer.
- The balance will be paid one week before arrival.
The rental always includes the entire property. Minimum rental 4 days.
Price following season and number of people.
The cancellation policy are:
- 31 days before the start of the rental, full refund of the deposit.
- From 30 to 20 days before the start of the rental, 50% refund of the deposit.
- From 19 to 0 days before the start of the rental no refund of the deposit.
The owner is not responsible for any flight cancellations or boat, it is not required to reimburse a stay in part or entirely, as it has no partnership or business relationship with the means of transport, but is possible if available, to extend the stay in proportion to the days lost in case of arrival delays at no extra cost.
