Booking / Payment:
To confirm the reservation of an apartment, the aforementioned deposit of 60% of the price of the rent will be paid.
Failing settlement of this deposit, we will not be required to hold the reservation of the apartment.
Payment of the rental price:
The balance of the rental price, ie the price of the rental deduction of the amount of the deposit already paid, will be paid no later than the day of the keys.

Cancellations / No show / Early departure
In case of cancellation of booking by the Tenant:

Superbe appartement !

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the well-stocked kitchen. It was also in a wonderful location. We only had a few issues. It would have been nice to have extra towels for a family of 10 and additional tissue in the bathrooms, since we ended up purchasing it ourselves. One other note for children -- the hot water is dangerously hot if it is not appropriately moderated in both the bathrooms and kitchen. We had to ensure that an adult set the temperature before letting any of the children touch it since they would have been burned. You might consider noting this up front, or regulating the maximum temperature of your water heater. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our week in Paris!
