Booking / Payment:
To confirm the reservation of an apartment, the aforementioned deposit of 60% of the price of the rent will be paid.
Failing settlement of this deposit, we will not be required to hold the reservation of the apartment.
Payment of the rental price:
The balance of the rental price, ie the price of the rental deduction of the amount of the deposit already paid, will be paid no later than the day of the keys.

Cancellations / No show / Early departure
In case of cancellation of booking by the Tenant:

The effective date of a written cancellation will be the date of receipt If no arrival without prior cancellation, the Tenant shall pay the full rental price, less the amount of the deposit paid. The early departure of the Tenant shall not give rise to any refund.

Dans cet appartement Je me suis cogné a plusieurs reprise et pas seulement moi contre la rampe d’escalier qui passe au dessus de la cuisine. Peut être faudrait il trouver une solution couleur Objet pour éviter de s’y cogner ... L’appart est très agréable. IL y avait des travaux dans la cours mais les ouvriers étaient très gentils... Pour l’accueil, j’aurais préféré pouvoir anticipé le fait de prendre possession des lieux à 14h30. Le suspens (peut Oui peut être NON ) était désagréable. A bientôt pour de nouvelles aventures

We loved the open floor plan and size of the unit. Everything was in good condition but the beds were that comfortable. While the beds were clean - one was a mattress on the floor which wasn't the best situation. The warning from the greeter regarding our need to be quit was so emphasized that we were almost afraid the talk in a normal voice for fear of losing our deposit. We were also surprised at the number of steps to get to the unit. Overall it was a great location convenient to shopping, the metro, restaurants and the corner bakery?
