Perfect with boule, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, billiards on the property. It's also close to the beach to rent a small sailboat. Perfect to have your own privacy and yet the facilities of a hotel with friendly staff (Luca and Felix) assisting you with the daily maintenance. Our family stayed for three weeks during Christmas and we had the time of our life. The house was perfect with plenty of room to socialise or relax, a beautiful garden with an attractive pool area and a wast garden filled with all kind of games that you can possible imagine. There is also a nice barbecue area where we prepared dinners when not eating out at the charming restaurants nearby. We immensely enjoyed ourselves and when not in the house we went to lovely beaches as well as we went on different excursions close by. We highly recommend a stay in this fantastic house and will certainly come back ourselves in the future. Gitte

We were 3 families (5 adults, 6 kids) and just enough space. The owner Beatrice was very accommodating, responsive, and informative. She and her assistant Nathalie arranged transportation to and from the airport, groceries, car rental, and put in touch a local excursion company. Noni and Nubia (caretakers) were extremely gracious and helpful. Nubia made two excellent local dinners. The house, grounds, and pool were outstanding. The slide from the second story was incredibly fun for adults and kids. We also appreciated the pool table, fussball, and bocce. The outdoor spaces (bbq, multiple seating areas) were very nice. Easy walking distance to town, restaurants, and beach. We highly recommend the experience.
