The Villa is a Holiday Home with swimming pool to rent in the Tuscan countryside, in Italy. The Villa is a detached stone countryhouse , entirely renovated in traditional Tuscan style and located in the hills. The Holiday Home is the perfect place for those wishing to visit Tuscany, relax by the private swimming pool, enjoy the Tuscan cooking classes or the Tai Ci Chuan classes. The Villa is available to rent the whole year (summer and winter) and can accomodate up to 12 people.
The villa has a private panoramic swimming pool of 5m x 12m (depth 1,50m), with a large terrace and sunbeds and parasols. The Holiday Home is located in a panoramic point very close to Siena and Arezzo, amidst the Tuscan hills and surrounded by a large garden. The house has terraces and a pergola with bread-oven and barbecue for outside dining.
The Villa has an amazing panoramic view on the surrounding hills and the green nature. The many olive groves around will surprise you; every season is different but always beautiful. The nice vineyards nearby emphasize the beauty of this territory. From the villa you can also spot the lovely medieval village Civitella, located on the top of a hill. A perfect place to drink a glass of wine, have a nice dinner... enjoy the moment!
The detached country house with swimming pool benefits of an ideal position, close to the Chianti-shire and only a few kms away from the most important art cities, such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Cortona. After visiting those busy cities, you will enjoy a peaceful silence again and breath fresh air. Wireless internet available for free.

ACTIVITIES IN THE VILLA: -Cooking classes are available with the renowned "Tuscan Chef" for at least 10 people by reservation
-Private Tai Ci Chuan classes are available with an official teacher . 5 people minimum
-The estate produces biological extra virgin olive oil, which is well known for it's particular aftertaste, typical of the Pergine Valdarno area. In the Villa you can taste oil and buy it as well. The "Oil Track" (« la via dell'olio ») is a beautiful walk between the many olive trees around Pergine Valdarno.
-In the Villa, at your disposal a selection of fine wines at very affordable prices.
