Situated within 500 metres from Wimbledon Common and The All England Lawn Tennis Club, this property is absolutely perfect for couples or small families that want a comfortable & modern apartment that’s surrounded by wonderful parks, greenery, great sporting activities and historical sporting venues. This property also benefits from free parking and is a convenient commute to Central London.



The property itself is bright and modern throughout, tastefully decorated with some wonderful pieces of original artwork on the walls. The living room consists of a seating area with a comfortable leather sofa-bed and flat screen television, plus there are plenty of books, DVDs and board games to keep everyone entertained. A smaller chair also converts into a small bed should you need it. There is also a dining area with seating for up to six people and also ample storage space available in the cupboards just behind the small sofa.

The clean and modern kitchen has everything one needs to cook and prepare food for all the family during your stay. Amenities include a microwave, standalone freezer, kettle, toaster, oven and hob and even a spice rack. There’s also a beautiful view from the window from which you can some see some fantastic sights such as Court number 1 of the All England Tennis Club.

The bathroom is again modern, with a very large shower with very good water pressure, plus there’s a heated towel rail and shaving mirror.

The bedroom is bright, clean, with a large and comfortable double bed and ample storage space.

Guests may also make use of the communal garden area, which has plenty of space, is well maintained and is absolutely beautiful, particularly when in full bloom.

Any guests that love the great outdoors, or perhaps very much enjoy outdoor sporting activities will particularly love the location of this property. In-fact some famous faces from the world of tennis have stayed in this very property, Larry Stefanki (Coach to John McEnroe and later Tim Henman) and Katarina Srebotnik (winner of the Wimbledon 2011 women’s doubles title) to name a few.

It’s just a 400 metre walk to Wimbledon Common, a huge open space consisting of 1,100 acres of public land for you to enjoy. Nearby you can find the Tennis museum, some traditional English pubs such as the Fox and Hound, and also Horse Riding stables. Other sporting activities in the area which you can take part in include croquet, bowls, golf (2 courses), cricket and tennis.

Slightly further is Wimbledon village, a beautiful suburban town with plenty of fine restaurants, bars and shops. It’s also an incredibly safe area at any time day or night.

To commute to Central London one can go via the underground from either Wimbledon Station or Southfields. The 93 bus takes you to Putney, Merton and Wimbledon Station. The 493 bus takes you to and from Southfields. Free parking is available at the property too.
