Each villa boasts spectacular views of mist-swathed Mt. Dauban and a private terrace with sun loungers designed for those tranquil island afternoons. The spacious bedrooms feature a plush sofa and working desk. The bathrooms have a separate bathtub, walk-in shower and open up onto a private garden complete with outdoor rain shower.
Each villa is equipped with modern conveniences such as WIFI, flat screen TVs and DVD players for those rare moments in.

63 King Beachfront Villas (101sqm ) 4 inter-connecting Beach Villas (2 family suites)
Discretely nestled amongst the lush jungle vegetation, sea facing and just steps away from the white sand beach. The spacious bedrooms feature a plush sofa and working desk and opens onto a private garden complete with outdoor rain shower, private dining area and beach view.
Each villa is equipped with same features as King Garden Villas.

8 King Deluxe Hillside Pool Villas (185 sqm)
All villas provide 100% privacy and open onto a private garden with a cascading 6m x 3m pool and an outdoor rain shower. The bathrooms feature a special walk-in double shower and a large two-personal bathtub.
The Deluxe Hillside Pool Villas are perfect for families too, with bedrooms that feature large sofas, Espresso machine, flat screen TV's, WIFI and an entertainment system. The private gazebo is the perfect place to enjoy a catered private barbeque beneath the lush tropical forest canopy.

1 King Presidential Villa (1200 sqm)
Max. Capacity: 4 Adults or 4 Adults + 4 Kids
Clinging onto the mountainous slope, it has unobstructed views of the azure Indian Ocean. Two 150m2 bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the Ocean Living room, with a fully stocked bar, lounge and a large outdoor dining venue, bathrooms each with a separate large bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The Presidential Villa also features the largest private swimming pool in the Seychelles (6m x 5m). Stay entertained with a state-of-the-art entertainment system, spacious sundeck along with access to your very own private access to the beach.
