There are two beaches within easy reach only five minutes away with complimentary shuttle services provided to both.
The contemporary apartment is accessed by elevator which enters into the spacious and bright living area with an open plan layout encompassing the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The chic décor has glamorous touches and natural materials for a casual yet elegant ambiance. Slide back the concertina doors to reveal the spacious terrace and expansive swimming pool with a delightful centrepiece Jacuzzi offering sea views under the wide open clear blue sky.
The lounge boasts a 50 LCD Smart TV with satellite channels, a DVD-DIVX player and sound system answering all your entertainment needs. The ADSL Internet provides cable or Wi-Fi access available throughout the property keeping you in touch during your stay. The large European kitchen features sleek surfaces and cabinetry, an island for extra storage and is fully equipped for preparing large meals with a ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, large American fridge, dishwasher and utensils. There is a casual breakfast bar for snacks and a chic dining table with grand chandelier for group meals. The poolside terrace is also a great place to enjoy a coffee or meal al fresco.
There are three bedrooms all with king-size beds, making Penthouse A3-1 ideal for couples sharing or families with children. The master bedroom is most spacious with a sitting area to enjoy the prime views over the surrounding hills. There is a highly functional dressing area and a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, rain shower and his and her vanity.
The second bedroom offers direct access to the breezy outdoor terrace, convenient to take a refreshing dip in the pool. For ultimate convenience a personal cook can prepare everyday meals, special occasion dinners or poolside barbecue parties at your villa.

The villa features a private parking space for guestsÂ’ vehicles but to make life easy there is also a complimentary shuttle service to get around the estate.
