This is the most unique villa featuring five-bedrooms on a spacious plot of land at the outer edge of the property surrounded by lush gardens and forests for ultimate privacy. The west facing Villa Vanda enjoys stunning sunset and sea views from the front terrace, master bedroom and living area. Unlike the other villas in the estate, the upper floor of this elegant villa has a built-in mezzanine level creating a cosy television room above the main living space. This relaxing lounge is ideal for children or couples to enjoy a little extra privacy.

The large private swimming pool, deck and garden are situated at the rear of the villa backed by lush greenery with loungers to enjoy the sea views. The villa can comfortably sleep 10 people with five bedrooms and four bathrooms with showers. The décor throughout is contemporary style and the bedrooms have fresh colours and pale wood flooring creating a pleasant tropical glow.

The sunshine yellow master bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area, sea view balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a connecting door to the master suite which is convenient for families with small children. The third bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king-size and a private shower. The fourth has an attractive king-size four poster bed and private bathroom with shower, and the fifth has the option of twin or king-size beds and also features its own shower room and sea views. Smoking is permitted in outside areas only.
