A centrally located ground floor, studio, 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment is fully refurbished yet keeping the old Maltese arches quiet visible. The apartment is situated in a very central area of Sliema, walking distance from all amenities. Although the location of the apartment is very central it lies in a very quiet Street made up of traditional Maltese townhouses and there is no construction or any other development allowed in this street.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a block of apartments (old Type-looks like a townhouse from the outside to blend in with neighbouring houses).Consists of a living area with cable tv, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with a full bathroom with bath leading on to a back patio old fashioned Maltese style.
The apartment comes complete with linen and towels and has cable TV and free Wi-Fi Internet.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted prorated according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday. Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer or by Pay-Pal.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (100kWh)supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euros per unit (1kwh).
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
