Surrounded by a pine woods, Mediterranean vegetation and having other private villas as neighbours, the villa enjoys numerous outdoor spaces on its 1000m2 of fenced land.
The house, completely renovated and equipped in 2013 is located just 5 minutes driving from the beaches of Cala Moli, Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella and only 5 minutes driving from the town of Sant Josep where all types of services are available.
Ibiza town at 30 minutes and the airport it’s at 20 minutes driving.

The patio has a sitting area and access to the upstairs terrace with spectacular views.

1 Master bedroom with sea views (1,80m bed) and access to a private terrace. Bathroom with shower and bath in suite. This bedroom has a safety box.
1 bedroom (Bed 1,60cm) with bathroom with shower in suite. Direct access to the pool terrace.
