The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated with specially commissioned Italian artwork and the covered veranda looking over Falmouth Bay Harbour features curtains, a hammock and a dining table.

The Apartment comprises two double bedrooms; PIGEON BEACH is 17 square metres in size and WINDWARD is 13 square metres.

PIGEON BEACH has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, four-poster bed with curtains and a private bathroom with bidet and drench shower. This room may also be accessed through the French doors overlooking Falmouth Bay Harbour.

WINDWARD has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, bed with canopy and private bathroom with power shower.

The apartment also features a large, fully equipped built-in kitchen with gas hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, smoothie maker, coffee machine and Italian espresso maker, and a cool box to take to the beach. The spacious living room with sofa and dining table is equipped with an LCD TV with Cable. Every window throughout the apartment is protected by mosquito nets and there are discreet mosquito-repelling plug-ins in the bedrooms. Fresh linen and towels, including beach towels are of course included for your enjoyment; drying racks are available. Free parking is available directly below the veranda. Additionally, there is WiFi available throughout the apartment.

We ask you not to smoke inside the apartment but smokers may use the veranda as they wish.

The house is surrounded by lush vegetation in Cobbs Cross, English Harbour and has stunning views over Falmouth Bay Harbour.
Guests can relax with a tasty mojito and take in the views while sitting comfortably on the covered veranda, or even swinging in the hammock!
Just two minutes' drive and you will find numerous restaurants; the choice is wide and the quality ranges from fine dining to tasty street food.
Many of them are in fabulous locations to satisfy even the most discerning eye; some turn into nightclubs with outdoor space to dance to the rhythm of international hits or Caribbean vibes. The property features parking space directly below the veranda. Alternatively, it is a short walk to the nearest bus stop and taxis may be ordered at your convenience.
