Its spacious, three-storey layout features an inviting air-conditioned living area, well-equipped kitchen and delightful covered dining terrace overlooking a private plunge pool and beautifully manicured gardens. The villa also has a private roof deck ideal for suntanning; with its incredible views of the Caribbean sea and horizon, it is an ideal place to relax under blue skies or enjoy a sunset cocktail.
The townhouse has three bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning; the ground floor bedroom opens on to the dining terrace, whilst the two bedrooms on the first floor open on to a shared terrace. The villa can accommodate up to seven people comfortably, as one bedroom features three single beds.
Mullins Bay Development is a spacious, gated community with spa, gymnasium and waterfall swimming pool. It offers 24-hour security, assigned parking and easy access to Holetown & Speightstown, both offering cafes, fine dining restaurants, boutique shopping and other convenient amenities. For golfers, the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is just 10 minutes away by car.
Located just across the road from Mullins Beach, guests of Mullins Bay Development have beach membership at Fairmont Royal Pavilion and access to Mullins Bay beach. The beach offers water sports and a popular beach bar and restaurant. Beautiful Gibbs Bay Beach, ideal for strolls along the white sandy shore, is located within easy walking distance.

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Mullins Bay, the house was all it said it would be and more, the housekeeper Rosie was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she even cooked us a meal for eight one evening which was typically Bajan, it was delicious. Sixteen of us all spent a wonderful day on a catamaran to celebrate Alan’s 70th birthday and did we party!! I thank you once again for your excellent attention to details and keeping in touch right up to the day before we left. It was a very memorable holiday enjoyed by all.

Our Housekeeper Rosie was an important of our enjoyment of the villa. She was personable, always helpful and informative about the island and the practicalities on living on the island as a tourist. Cannot rate this town house high enough, everything you could ever want is there, It is by the sea just across the road, lovely walks along the beach for miles. Beach bar opposite as well only stays open late on a Sunday not open for dinner the rest of the week so quiet in the evenings. We will visit again.
