Ideal for getting out of confinement and family vacations, the gîte is located in a small, quiet village 20 minutes from Reims. You will be independent and secure in the property. All shops 7 minutes away, Intermarché, station, bakery, doctor's office.
The cleanliness of the lodging and the infrastructures are my priority.
Housekeeping is provided by me after each rental, with a very strict protocol in place due to COVID-19.
Your rental, an old typical freestone house of 98 m², renovated while retaining the charm of the old.
Access to the gîte via the terrace and the garden, then lower half-levels with windows onto a charming tree-lined courtyard.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one of which is in a row, allowing 5 adult beds (+ cots and equipment). The beds are made upon arrival.
Enclosed land of 1300 m², entrance by an electric gate in the garden, possibility of parking two vehicles.
For your leisure activities, a heated, inground pool of 43 m³, secured by a fence and an alarm.
Ping-pong table, swing, barbecue and garden furniture. free fiber internet.
Fully equipped for families with babies at no extra charge and on request: 2 cots, 2 high chairs, baby bath.
A changing table with a mattress is available in the bathroom.
Village located 20 minutes from Reims where access is via major roads.
You will be seduced by this charming village made up of old stone houses typical of the region and its green surroundings.
Beautiful walks are to be expected for nature lovers.
For athletes, great races on foot or by bicycle are also to be programmed.
For golf lovers, we have a golf course 20 minutes from the accommodation, the Golf de Menneville.

Lorena's apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures. Child friendly and perfect location, we hired bicycles and it took 5min to get to town and beaches of Corralejos. There is also a local shopping centre just 5min walk away. We didn't have much contact with Lorena while we were there but everything was pretty straight forward.

Apartment was great. It was exactly how it was described and very clean. I should have looked at the bed description a bit closer though. It's not a 'real bed' by most standards- but Lorena does accurately describe it in the description. I should have read further. There is no mattress- it's a thin piece of foam which means you feel the base when you try and sleep. Luckily the sofa is pretty comfy. Lorena was a great host. Communication and check in was very easy. The flat is real value for money
