Large bathroom with shower.
Open kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, cookware and utensils),
Spacious living room with fireplace and flat TV and WIFI.
First floor terrace with magnificent mountain views 40 m2.

Outside:
Pool treated with salt electrolysis (no chlorine is used for maintenance, more natural).
Table and chairs, pool umbrellas and hammocks.

Facilities:
A complete cleaning service every 7 days.

The price includes: electricity, gas, water and maintenance of garden and pool.
The owner is the only one who has access to the warehouse.
