Connetts Farm is a 100 acre (40 Hectare) working farm, and is situated in a coastal position giving cliff top views over the Thames Estuary.

The cottages have been created within two old barns to provide good quality
self-contained accommodation.

South Barn (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4)
In South Barn there are three cottages. Each of the three cottages are comfortably furnished with views over the pond and farmland. Each cottage has a lounge with colour TV, satellite receiver and Free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with hand basin, WC, bath & shower cubicle and two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (Double) is situated on a gallery above the lounge
- Bedroom 2 (Twin) is situated through a door off of the gallery.
Each cottage sleeps 4 persons (+ extra child's bed + cot).
Guests are welcome to use all of the grounds around the cottages and garden furniture is provided.

North Barn (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6)
In North Barn the accommodation comprises of two large self-catering cottages, comfortably furnished and decorated, North barn looks out over the farm & out to sea.
The cottages each have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine & tumble drier, a bathroom on the ground floor with bath, hand basin, WC and shower cubicle, 3 bedrooms, and a spacious lounge with satellite TV & Free Wi-Fi.
All of the cottages are centrally heated and carpeted.
These cottages will sleep 6 persons + cot (a cot is available if required) and the sleeping arrangements are as follows: 1 twin bedroom on ground floor and 2 double bedrooms on first floor.

The Isle of Sheppey is a small island off the North Kent coast and is approximately 9 miles long by 5 miles wide. It is connected to the mainland by two bridges. For visits to London (50 miles), Canterbury (30 miles), Rochester (20 Miles) & Maidstone (20 miles), there are good road links to the motorway system with a new bridge linking us to the mainland. There is also a mainline railway from Sittingbourne (10 miles) to the centre of London with a connecting line from Sheerness.

The nearest town, Sheerness (6 miles), with a sports centre and indoor swimming pool, has everything you would need from banks and supermarkets to small specialist shops and souvenir shops. There is a beach at Minster Lees and Sheerness, and also a Naturist beach at Shellness (5 miles).
