The 3 stays allow you to find yourself by generation, before gathering for a drink on the rooftop terrace facing south. You enjoy the views of the rooftops, the lighthouse and the surrounding gardens.
The courtyard behind the Villa can accommodate up to 6 cars.
Once parked, you won't need to use them anymore, which is preferable given the few free parking spaces in town.
Spacious and bright villa from the 1950s ² (with a capacity of 18 people), completely renovated, on 3 levels (garden level and duplex), and located in the heart of Le Touquet connecting the North and the South from the city.
The 1st level, on the garden level, will enchant you with its pleasant living area with lounge, its fully equipped American kitchen. It also has three bedrooms (the "salmon" bedroom with private bathroom, the "sand" bedroom and the "south" bedroom), a shower room with WC but also a separate WC.
This level will give you access to the mezzanine with two additional bedrooms (the "boulevard" mezzanine bedroom and the "south" mezzanine bedroom) and a shower room with WC.
The 2nd level (1st floor of the duplex part) will seduce you with its pleasant light. Large bay windows bathe in light a very spacious space made up of a living room and a lounge, complete with a library area, allowing you to indulge in the sweet pleasures of reading.
