Based in Tingrith, The old Stables have been beautifully converted to a 3-bedroomed self-catering accommodation.
- Self contained garden area and easy parking.
- Oak floors through out and central heating make this a very comfortable choice.
- All bedrooms are ensuite (walk in showers) and have their own TV. Two rooms have double beds and one with twin beds. DVD player in the two double bedrooms.
- A large living area with kitchen comprising: Fridge/Freezer, hob + oven, dishwasher and washing machine. TV and DVD player, Wi Fi connection.
- Sorry No Smoking and No pets
- Travel cot and high chair available on request
We are 5 minutes from junction 12 on M1 and main line rail links (45 minutes to London). Luton Airport: 12 miles.
Tingrith Fishery is located on the edge of the village.
Woburn is 5 miles with the Abbey, Safari Park and famous golf club. There are also shops and a selection of restaurants.
Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton are all within 20 minutes as is Cranfield University and Millbrook test centre.

- The price includes provision of bed linen, towels, gas and electricity
- The property is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. We will try to accommodate changes in these times by prior arrangement.
- The week usually starts on a Saturday but other days are sometimes available.
- Payment: a 30% deposit is required on making the booking. The balance is due one month before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation: A booking only becomes a contract when the booking form and deposit is received and an invoice sent. Once the contract is made you become liable for the full amount. If we are able to re-let the property we will give full reimbursement, less administration fee.
We strongly recommend that you have holiday insurance, which will cover any large breakages.
