The well equipped kitchen overlooks a pretty shrub & tree garden (which you are able to walk through) It is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including microwave, conventional electric oven, fridge & freezer, under floor heating, washing machine and drying facilities (Electric Dryer situated in Utility room at rear of main house).

Fully tiled, has a thermostatic shower over bath, vanity unit and toilet.

The attractive, private patio area has many planted flowering tubs, garden table/chairs, 2 sun loungers, a lawn with Silver Birch and Ornamental flowering apple tree.
The side gate leads to the rear garden of the main house where you are welcome to walk through to the private walk which was once the old S.M.J railway of the Edwardian era, consisting of 3.5 acres stretching ½ mile from East to West. This walk continues to a lovely picnic area situated on an embankment overlooking the surrounding countryside. For the Bird watchers, a pair of Buzzards have nested in an Ash Tree opposite and can be observed during the breeding season.

Access
This ground floor property is suitable for walking disabled, though not suitable for wheelchair bound visitors.
