The villa consits in 2 level with 3 bedrooms on each level and one bedroom cottage

On the ground floor: 3 ensuite air conditioned bedrooms, one king, one queen and one double queen , and on the first floor also with three en suite air conditioned bedrooms-, one king , one queen and two doubles are completely separate and linked by an external stairway.
Both have full air conditioned kitchens, open plan dining, bar, and lounge areas with entertainment facilities(flat screen TV, cable, DVDs, secure wi fi internet, IPod docksand home theatre systems).

The cottage, available is also air conditioned with en suite bathroom and a kitchenette. The first level has a covered patio and two large open decks, one with BBQ and outdoor range for open air dining. The ground level has a private covered patio off the master bedroom and exclusive use of the pavillion with its outdoor kitchen, al fresco dining area and open deck.

The freshwater meniscus edge pool and shower and its open, umbrella covered deck, is shared. The units are not wheel chair accessible and the pool area is not fenced off.

Maid service is provided five days a week and a non resident property manager is always available to help with requests, information and reservations.

Villa Ylang Ylang nestles above the Mount Pleasant Road in the hills just above Admiralty Bay, facing West with spectacular marine and sunset views. Enjoying a central location in Bequia, it is a five minute walk to the famous harbourside boardwalk leading to the main village of Port Elizabeth and its banks, churches,supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and the St. Vincent ferry dock. Bequia's two main beaches, Princess Margaret Bay and Lower Bay, with their clear water ,fine sand, beach bars and restaurants are a short distance in the other direction. Friendship Bay, and the villages of La Pompe and Paget Farm, leading to the airport lie just over the central hill. In the other direction the windward areas of Spring, Hope and Industry with their wilder beach fronts and strong breezes are a short ride away as is the northern side of Admiralty Bay where the fine dining restaurants are mainly situated.
