This six bedroom contemporary villa is an elegant merger of Caribbean architecture and European style with modern amenities and technology that will please even the most discriminating technophile and traveler.

Our villa is privately nestled on the hillside of the world renowned Tyrall Club with an uninterrupted 180 degree panoramic view of the Caribbean Ocean. It is arguably one of the best positioned locations at Tryall Club. The Tryall Club is located approximately 20 minutes (via car) west of Montego Bay on the North Coast of Jamaica.


The Greatroom

As you enter the luxuriously appointed contemporary styled living room with its soaring cathedral ceiling, you are immediately presented with villa's spectacular view. It is one of only a few villas that can boast both a sweeping view of the Caribbean Ocean and the renowned Tryall golf course. The Great Room is the Heart of the villa. Its grand space offers two separate seating areas to suit your needs. At night, take advantage of the 60" flat screen and surround theater experience or select from multiple sources of music and just relax.


Pool
Villa's unique hillside position and uninterrupted view of the Caribbean Ocean provides a perfect merger of pool and ocean extending to "infinity."

Dining
Pamper your palette with culinary delights from our fully equipped modern kitchen. Dining is truly an experience to look forward to during your stay at our villa. Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee with sliced tropical fruits, then continue with whatever you desire for breakfast, lunch and dinner all prepared to your request by villa's Chef.
Two comfortably appointed dining areas (indoor and outdoor) are positioned to capitalize on the panoramic ocean view while you treat yourself to a wide range of culinary delights.

The Courtyard
The breathtaking ride up the steep driveway with the ocean to your left leads to a welcoming courtyard featuring a beautiful italian mosaic of Jamaica's native Doctor Bird. The Doctor Bird is endemic to Jamaica and is a member of the hummingbird family. During your visit you will have ample opportunity to observe this beautiful bird as it feeds on the nectar of tropical plants and flowers that surround Villa and Tryall.


Staff
Chef Reid has over fifteen years of culinary experience, including formal chef training, and specializes in Italian & Asian cuisine. Chef Reid joins us from the Ritz Carlton where he received a number of culinary awards. This is one culinary experience you do not want to miss.

Your Head of Household, Avis, will oversee all of your needs (requests for nannies, grocery shopping, etc.) just ask. Your housekeepers will care for every detail of your bedroom and bath, providing fresh linens and turn down every evening. No need to over pack for your visit to us since clothing will be washed, ironed, folded and returned to your room daily by your laundress.

Villa's beautiful plants, flowers and grounds are impeccably maintained by your gardener. Your gardener will provide fresh flowers for each room and will provide your Gourmet Chef with fruits and spices that may be in season from villa's own garden selection. As you relax by the pool, your Butler, Gregory will be a warm familiar face during all of your dining experiences at Anticipation. Also, if you want to plan a morning or afternoon of Golf, Tennis, shopping, touring, etc., Gregory will take care of all the details.

Anticipation is a Non-Smoking Villa. This is strictly enforced, especially in bedrooms and enclosed areas.
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days.
Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally upon arrival at the Club when you register. Credit cards are accepted. A temporary membership card grants you access to all Club facilities.
Guests may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Some complimentary amenities include the beach, water sports, tennis, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events.
