This great and nice Holiday home near Lorient is located 5 minutes walk from a large white sand beach, and a large sailing school in an oceanic park and a nature reserve . Mahe is the name for a beautiful house in which 8 people can be accomodated. The house has been completely renovated (renovation completed in June 2012) and equipped with utmost care.

 It opens onto a garden that invites to relaxation, peace and serenity. Enjoy the garden furniture (sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table ) , 1 table and 8 chairs , 1 hammock , 3 beds for sunbathings in the garden. 1 table to play ping -pong , 1 net to play badminton, 1 Barbecue for 10 peoples.

Larmor Plage resort is located 10 minute drive from Town Lorient city center which displays all services, shops, cinema and other entertainment a big city usually offers.

 Larmor Plage offers many activities on the beach and around, sailing, golf course at 10 minutes drive, excursions to the nearby Islands , exploring the well-known Gulf of Morbihan and the citadel of Town Port -Louis , museums, (including the one of the former East Indian Company ). The famous navigator Eric tabarly'center at 10 minute drive... A submarine can also be visited, many hikings exist, visit the zoo near-by, naturism can be praticed on 1 beach located at 10 minute drive.

NEW: SPA including JACUZZI and SAUNA is set in the garden. 1 large and confortable veranda ( 30m2 ) allows to enjoy the garden all the year round.

On the ground floor, a beautiful living room, 1 3D TV, 1 very beautiful dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen. 1 wine cellar with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, a second fridge/freezer. Your children will find a lot of toys in a small box. The ground floor also has a very beautiful bedroom (1 bed for 2 persons - 160 x 200 and a wardrobe), 1 flat screen television with all international channels, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 160 x 200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds that can be joined). All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. The household linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. A cleaning service package is available. First floor : 1 bathroom (walk-in shower), 'balneo' bathtub, 1 separate toilet, library, computer with Internet access and printer. Wi-Fi available in the entire house and garden.
