Our Domain is a luxurious and very private property, consisting of five boutique style accommodations (12 persons in total) surrounded by vibrant and mature tropical gardens. Set in 4 acres of pristine natural forest, all accommodations offer private facilities to the highest of standards including verandas with views that will literally take your breath away. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed and well laid out kitchens allow you the convenience of cooking your own meals and to dine Al Fresco style on your own private veranda.

Located in an elevated hillside position high above the famous Princess Margaret Beach and with an incredible panoramic vista overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Admiralty Bay and the surrounding forested hillsides, the views are absolutely stunning and will not disappoint.

The Studio
Our studio’s stunning views overlooking the Infinity edge swimming pool, this luxurious studio has easy access, through our lush tropical gardens, just a few steps down from our car parking area. The accommodation is simply stunning and offers a combination of luxury, privacy, space and affordability that is hard to come by these days. The room measures around 9m (30’) in length and nearly 5.8m (19’) wide and is huge.

In addition to Air conditioning and ceiling fan, Fully screened mosquito free room, Private patios and Hammock, Covered veranda’s, Clothes drying facilities, 220v electric supply with 110v available.

Two pairs of 3.66 m (12’) wide patio doors lead onto colonial style covered veranda’s with archways above, ensuring the room remains cool and bright yet protected from strong sunshine and any passing tropical showers that keep the gardens colourful and vibrant. The surrounding stone decked patios include a lovely authentic Thai cartwheel coffee table with views of St Vincent island, Admiralty Bay and the surrounding natural forested hills. Another patio has stunning views looking out onto the Infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea. A breakfast table is positioned here and you can also relax in a lovely hammock swinging below the arch.
A solid oak, queen size four poster bed, complete with luxurious mattress, focuses your attention on this delightful room as does the pretty spiral staircase that can connect this level to the next, if one is renting the complete villa. To the right of the bed is a small kitchenette allowing the preparation of light meals, snacks and sandwiches etc. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink unit, 2 burner gas hob, fridge, combination microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Cafetiere and a range of high quality cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. An ice bucket is supplied and complimentary ice is available from the villa owners or their staff. Also On site laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and Iron.
