The extensive outdoor living area provides an excellent location for al fresco dining, relaxing on the sunloungers or cooling down in the villas private pool. The secluded pool area is surrounded by an array of colourful tropical flowers and plants and a stone wall with archways leading onto the outer deck area. Set on beautiful wooden decking on the waterfront of the harbour the villa boasts stunning views across to the lush rolling hills of the sleeping indian in the distance.

Jolly Harbour itself is a gated community situated on the southwest of the island of Antigua. It sits on the mile-long powder white Jolly Beach, facing the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Set in approximately 500 acres it is the only man made marina in the Eastern Caribbean and offers a comprehensive range of marine services including a super yacht terminal. The residences are set on two “fingers” North and South with a central commercial center connecting the two. The commercial center offers a wide range of amenities including a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, hairdressers, restaurants, bars and small boutique shops and businesses. This impressive resort also boasts an 18-hole championship Golf Course with Country Club and Gym, a Sports Center with an olympic size swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and a sports bar.
