Occupants have use of a semi private pool located just outside the courtyard gate as well as a larger pool. There is a lockable gate between the courtyard and the pool to allow peace of mind for parents with young children.

The villa is situated opposite the stunning Mullins Beach and guests will have access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club. When you arrive at the beach you will be shown to your sun bed by the friendly beach club staff and provided with towels for the day. Anytime you need a refreshing cocktail there is waiter service straight to your bed. In addition, beach club membership gives visitors access to a member's sun deck, the indulgence spa, pool, gym, beach bar and restaurant. Guests will also have access to Sugar Hill with flood lit tennis courts, pool and gym. Maid service included.
