Grenada Villa vacation rentals beach front villa with private pool in the north of Carriacou island.
The villa is a French colonial style beachfront villa nestled in North Natural Park, on the authentic island of Carriacou, the most southern isle of the Grenadines Archipelago, a true sailing paradise.
The house is built on a half acre planted and flowered garden, above a secluded coral stone and sand beach.
Spectacular coral reefs encircle a natural sandy pool and are home to many various tropical fish species.
The most beautiful beach of Carriacou, Anse Laroche, is 15 minutes away by walking or 5 minutes away by motor boat.
The villa offers five en-suite bedrooms with their own bathrooms: Vanilla and Cinnamon on the ground floor, Nutmeg, Pepper and Ginger on the upper floor. In addition, two independent studios (one only is presently equipped with two single beds), with their own bathroom are available on the basement level. The villa is actually ideally fit for a party of ten guests.
Verandas all around the villa provide an agreeable shade, and the tradewinds naturally temper the atmosphere at all times. A large sun and pool deck continues the spacious living room towards the sea, thirty feet under.
Service
Cleaning is assured by two maids and is included in our rental cost on the basis of once before arrival and after departure, and an additional once a week service for stays longer than a week. Additional cleaning can be supplied as requested, on the basis of USD 50 for a 5 hours day.
The wash room is equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine. Laundry can also be arranged with maids.
A British cook is available in the immediate vicinity, and may prepare food at the villa or on a three course bring-in gourmet service. Priced “à la carte” menus are proposed on site.
Car rental (4WD) and boat rental (sailing boat or motor yacht) services are also proposed, tailor made to respond to customers requests (one day cruises to islands around, two days or more within the Grenadines archipelago).

Superbe et vaste demeure perdue dans la verdure, avec la mer des caraïbes à vos pieds. Voici venu le jour du départ, et nous quittons la villa à regret: Nous y avons oublié le temps qui passe. Chaque journée se déroule avec une lenteur délicieuse, et nous occupe à ne rien faire, ou presque: Bains de soleil alanguis sur le deck près de la piscine ou le long de la plage, brasses paresseuses dans une eau à 28 degrés, siestes voluptueuses à l'ombre des vérandas. Le soir, le jacassement des perroquets nous avertit de l'imminence du coucher de soleil. Moment sublime. Un verre de rhum punch glacé... La nuit qui s'installe. Nous reviendrons. This villa is the most gorgeous french colonial style house in a wonderful situation on a beautiful island just north of Grenada. We approached the villa through gates and drove along a tree lined drive and as soon as I saw the villa I knew it was my dream Caribbean home set amongst bright flowers and trees overlooking the most gorgeous little beach (with a sunbathing platform and outdoor shower.) The house is really one of a kind and the loveliest I have seen in the Caribbean - it has been built using beautiful hardwoods and the outside timber cladding has been painted in a soft pale blue which contrasts with the darker wood and blends in perfectly with the surroundings. The interior furnishings are of a very high quality and it is all extremely tasteful, slightly eclectic and very comfortable. I particularly liked the large kitchen area with its huge fridge and separate larder. The pool area is lovely too with chic sun loungers and dining table. We really enjoyed getting to know this delightful island and some of its excellent restaurants and of course some rum punches on the beach! Bliss! Meg Farnham, UK
