The view from the villa has to sell the villa every time. Set on an elevated position looking across the bay you can see Lone Star and Fairmont Pavillion. A few steps and you are on a sandy beach with good swimming access as well as a reef for keen snorkelers. Sitting at lunch under the veranda and looking at the view, sitting for sundowners on the elevated patio and looking at the view - it really is stunning. Internally everything is spotless, albeit possibly a little dated but you really are renting this villa for its views. For those who love the air con it could do with some more comfortable lounging areas as the seats are not for lengthy seating! The sun loungers could perhaps be updated and if the villa was full you would need more than 4. The staff are all very kind, gentle and helpful - a lovely team. Back home and we are already missing that view - though we must have taken a 100 photos of it!

We had a lovely time. The location and staff are excellent. The water is amazing. We walked a long way up the beach several times. You are just steps away from the beach and view is amazing. No harassment from beach vendors (we only saw a couple the whole time) and we have experienced in other locations. Lyn is fabulous and very patient. It may have been the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. The only improvement we would suggest is softer beds (maybe some mattress pads), better pillows and list of things the staff can make to make choices for meals. The food was excellent but we would have loved to have a list of items that we could have chosen from. This is the only villa we have considered returning to and we have rented quite a few over the years. Almost a perfect 10.
