The Villa is around 12,000 square feet and offers its guests a unique blend of indoor and outdoor living. This private villa boasts an unrivalled backdrop as its walled garden opens directly on to one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful beaches with golden white sand and warm, calm, azure waters.

On entering there you are met with a striking open courtyard set around a fountain. This flower-filled oasis leads to a study, kitchen, gazebo dining area, a bar and outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the pool and Sandy Lane beach. The ground floor also features two substantial bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The upstairs space includes a TV-room and four generous ensuite bedrooms including the spectacular master suite. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have gorgeous balconies with sea views with the master bedroom having a particularly large and stunning balcony

Very pleasant vacation. Barbados is an excellent choice for a Caribbean vacation, its quite diverse for those looking to tour around and see different scenery (calm seas, rough seas, rain forests, flower gardens, caves,etc). The villa is located in Sandy Lane and in my opinion, this is a big plus since it ensures that the neighboring properties are also upscale and exclusive. The beach front setting where the villa is located is beautiful and we were pleased to see that it was not overly crowed. The villa itself is very comfortable and the staff is quite capable.

Kim and her staff at the house were terrific. They anticipated and attended every need. They stepped up and helped feed and host a total of 23 guests staying at the villa and another one without hesitation. They coordinated a beach wedding and reception for the same 23 guests with our wedding planner. The house was beautiful and the staff even more so. Ivor went above and beyond the call of duty to help with the enlarged group. Without him and Kim, the wedding and stay would have never been as first class as it came out. June, our cook was terrific and dealt with the large group with various tastes and managed to please everyone.
