This oasis style property is the successful contemporary inspired renovation of an authentic Normandy manor, dating from 1610 and shipped to St Barths in 1984.
The main building featuring the in and outdoor Gaggenau kitchen, dining, living and mezzanine (5th bedroom) is all that is left from the original manor house, as well as the old stone cistern transformed into a guest bathroom.
The general layout of the property as also been kept with various interior and exterior spaces spread among the tropical garden, around the central swimming pool.
3 of the 5 bedrooms are at the end of the garden and the bedroom 4 is located by the children playground.

With swings and a small house in the rubber tree, this very zen and peaceful property is an heaven for chilldren and therefore is a perfect family vacation !

Service for 10 guests. BBQ area in the garden trees shade, next to the kitchen, with sink, large wood table for 10-12 guests, gas BBQ.

Living / Dining
The air-conditioned main building with the original Manor’s wooden shingle roof, features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and mezzanine.
The wall facing the pool has been entirely removed and replaced by electric screens to protect from the dust, sunlight, wind and rain.
The living area is furnished with comfortable grey sofas and abaca rugs, Wardell piano, large flat screen television with Dish Network and Canal Satellite, Homecinema, mosquito screens, iPod dock, telephone, WIFI, WII, air-conditioning.
The inside dining area features a huge dark wooden dining table with two wooden benches for 12 guests.
An upper mezzanine was added to the original building to be stabilize the open walls and is used as a 5th bedroom.

Swimming pool & Beach House
Beautiful ground level lap pool (about 6m large x 16m long and 1,50m deep – 90sqm) shimmering like a mirror with stairs, underwater hifi sound system and colour-changing led lights, making a dreamful atmosphere at night.
Large deck around with lounge chairs.
The pool house is equipped with 4 comfortable double pool mattresses, surround sound system, Ipod dock, professional bar fridge, ice maker, ceiling fans. Outside Shower. Full guest bathroom with shower by the main building.
