A Spanish style villa situated on an elevated site with views of the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas and within a short drive of an 18 hole championship golf course and two beaches.
The house is situated in an acre of garden with gently sloping lawn. There are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with ceiling fans. Each bedroom has its own private patio facing the Atlantic coastline and enjoying the cooling Atlantic breezes. Bedroom one has an ensuite shower room and an additional shower room is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.
A sitting room, dining room,indoor garden, kitchen and laundry complete the house. There is a full-sized swimming pool and both open-air and covered terraces. There is a television complete with Cable Vision and a DVD player. High speed internet access is also available at the villa.
This villa sleeps 6. Staffing includes: Cook, housekeeper - 6 days weekly and a gardener/ general maintenance man 5 days weekly.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

What a great vacation! The view was so amazing we sat out every night star gazing. Patricia and Winston were wonderful to work with. Not sure what type of chemicals they use in the pool but smells like Clorox bleach. Would definitely stay here again.

A very interestingly designed villa with the small courtyard with all of the rooms leading off it. The bedrooms are a good size as are the bathrooms. Lounge, kitchen and dining area are all very usable and comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday. Lots of space and areas for sitting and relaxing. Best of all, certainly for my kids is the great pool, my daughter spent most of her time in there. The views you get from the poolside really are fantastic, cannot be much better than this anywhere on the Island. You will need a car as there are no amenities within walking distance. Wow!!! What an awesome vacation. Took our adult children and spouses. At first look I was not sure. House is a little on the old side, could use some updating. Very well kept up by Patricia and Winston the staff. It was a pleasure to have them there, almost like extended family. Not sure what chemicals they use in the pool. Has a distinct bleach smell that wasn't all that pleasant. Now to the best part. The VIEW!!!!!. 180 degrees. Sunrise to the left, sunset to your right. Volcanos straight ahead. With a few negatives I would still stay here again. Did I mention the VIEW!!!!
