British Virgin Islands Villa Vacation rentals on the beach in Brewers Bay on Tortola Island   (3)

We stayed for just over 2 weeks in June/July of 2016 for our family vacation. Honestly, I am not sure where to start. The villa is simply amazing. First and foremost, it has the best air conditioning of anywhere I have ever stayed. We actually had to adjust the cooling upwards because it was keeping the villa too cold. The view of Brewers Bay is so unreal, it is amazing. Each day & night you will see new boats anchored in the bay with a gorgeous surrounding view of Tortola. Each of the bedrooms and the main floor have terraces that provide a spectacular view. I am fairly certain that you will NOT be disappointed. It literally is picture perfect! The main living area is large with a LED TV, PS2, books, movies and games with furnishings that are quite comfortable. If cooking and eating in is your preference, the kitchen is more than adequately stocked with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. All three of the bedrooms are huge, - Let me emphasize HUGE! The beds were comfortable and Sharon (the owner) even provided new pillows for us as my wife is allergic to down (thank you). The bathrooms, just like the rest of the villa are spacious and the outdoor showers are unique (at least to me) and are completely sheltered and private. As the description states, a washer and dryer are provided so that you do not have to bring as many clothes as you normally would (at least, that is what I tried to tell my wife). There is an outdoor patio with a small cocktail pool (approx 6x20 feet). There is also a deck with a table and chairs that are perfect for alfresco dining if you so desire. The driveway to the property is gated and is paved.. The beach is about a 2 minute walk away, down a grass covered slope and a concrete/stone path and stairway. While the beach is not super soft sand, it is quite nice and I believe that everyone will enjoy the beach. While we were there, the bay was almost as smooth as glass. The snorkeling was OK by my standards, but realize I am very particular (I am a scuba diver and very, very picky). But, I can honestly say that I enjoyed snorkeling in Brewers Bay. The best part was when I found a school of cuttlefish (at least 50) and followed them around for over an hour. That was a FIRST for me (So many cuttlefish at one time). About a 10 minute drive away is Cane Garden Bay Beach and it truly is awesome. The beach is fantastic and if you go on a day when cruise ships are not in, the chairs and umbrellas are free for the taking. Myett's hotel and restaurant is located there along with several other eating and drinking establishments. We found Myett's to be a great place to grab some drinks and/or food while you are enjoying the view (the cracked conch there is quite possibly the BEST I have ever had). If we return to Tortola, It will be my first and only choice of accommodations.

We have been traveling to the BVI for over 30 years, and Sharon's villa has fast become our favorite! We have stayed two years in a row and I cannot imagine the trend not continuing. It is a wonderful place to stay. So many things to highlight. For starters the villa itself is like brand new, and I would say as nice as you could find anywhere. Then start adding the views that are beyond description (majestic sunsets every night), the outdoor showers, we haven't used the indoor showers yet, and the beach which is basically your own private beach and you have a vacation spot that really is beyond description. You will not be disappointed in any way. Did I mention the gourmet kitchen and the alfresco dining? My only regret as I write this review is that I am not writing it from the villa!
