Set in 1250 sq meters of lush beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, they share their own private sun deck and a 50 sqm swimming pool spectacularly placed just outside your living rooms.
The twin villas are placed just 350 yards from Las Ballenas beach, probably the most beautiful beach in Las Terrenas.
This property formed by 2 independent houses is perfect for friends or relatives who wish to stay together but yet keep their own privacy and space. They are called “twins” as they are pretty much the same in space and distribution. They both have 2 bedrooms with closets, a shower room, a toillet, a fully equiped kitchen, a living room, a terrace with a teak wood dining table and a Bali style chill out bed on the sun deck. In total they can accommodate 8 people in 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. They have the same appliances and furnishing except for the details of the roof and for the twin beds in casa Lella. Casa Lella has cane roof showing on the inside. Casa Evelyn has cane roof with wood planks showing on the inside and they are both connected by a 250 sqm sundeck. Each house has its own satellite TV, refrigerator, stove and kitchen and cooking appliances. All bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and terraces in both villas have one ceiling fan.
Each villa has its independent alarm system. WiFi internet connection is available in this property.
