The Domain is a secluded enclave comprised of three 8,000 square-foot, five-bedroom villas, each situated on a different elevation and surrounded by lush landscaping for maximum privacy, yet angled to maximize views of the breathtaking Sir Francis Drake Channel.
A separate Concierge House is located on the property to provide attentive guest services at every turn. Guests have the rare option of renting more than one villa, or even all three, to accommodate large gatherings of up to 36 people in one private enclave.
The domaine’s private Beach Park is the ideal setting for destination weddings and small meetings.
Land transfers are not provided or included for additional guest’s later arrivals or transportation back to the airport or ferry dock upon your departure. We will gladly coordinate these services for you.

Additional information
- A 7% Government Tax and a 12% Service and Operations Charge will be added to the weekly rental rate.
- The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to 12 guests including children over two years old.
- Minimum Stay 7 nights - Except Holiday Season which requires a 10 night minimum stay. Should a client request less number of nights, please call reservations for an adjusted rental rate.
- A 60% deposit of the total rent must be received 5 days after you received our approval. The Villa will not be considered booked until this step
is met. The 40% balance of the total rental amount must be received 60 days before your arrival date.
- A 25% cancellation fee (calculated on the TOTAL rent) will be charged on all cancellations occurring 160 days or more prior to your arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations made 90 days prior to your date of arrival. If your cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, there will be no refunds made. There will be no refunds granted for no shows, late arrivals or premature departures, we will be happy to credit you in a future booking.
For stays during the Holiday Season (December 19 to January 10), cancellations, made within a six (6) month period prior to arrival date, are non-refundable.

My husband and I just spent 8 days with 3 of our closest friends. I have to say that the pictures of this villa do not do it justice. It is flawless in an absolutely serene space. The rooms are beautifully appointed, but still comfortable. The great room is perfect for hanging out and sharing meals. The infinity pool is perfect in size and location, and the beach is private and perfectly equipped for relaxation or water sports/play. The service is impeccable. The most amazing treat was our private chef, Mimi and her sous chef, Harry. She was a marvelous cook, attended to all of our dietary needs and desires, and cooked food that was wickedly delicious, beautifully plated, and full of love! Harry was clearly trained in the Chef Mimi techniques of awesome meals served with positive energy and care. If you travel to , please do yourself a favor and contact Chef Mimi. Estuve hace meses, compartimos la villa frente al mar con miembros familiares, espacios espectaculares compuestos por una villa con habitaciones inmensas cada una con entrada independiente, eran 5,todas con su baño soñado inmenso, todo de lujo, uno mejor que otro, todos diferentes, piscina panorámica privada para cada villa, la cocina excelentemente bien dotada, la sala inmensa un solo espacio con varios ambiente, refrigerios en la playa incluidos, cayak, tiene un caney en un lateral, la zona es como su nombre (virgen) el mar transparentes, hay zonas hermosas que se pueden visitar, todas sorprendentes, es una de las mejores vacaciones que he pasado, superó con creces todas mis espectativas. We recently stayed at villa 1, which is ocean front, with a group of friends and family including four children. The property is spectacular, very well designed and well cared for. The service was outstanding particularly Martin, the housekeeping staff and William. Every need was taken care of; massages, outdoor yoga, a day boat and a chef were also arranged as needed. The rooms were all quiet and extremely comfortable. We would definitely go back!
