Costa Rica vacation rentals : This beach chalet is located on the secluded beach of Pan Dulce, where the rainforest meets the sea. Most of the time you will not see anyone on this beautiful beach ! The view overlooks the magnificent Golfo Dulce, the Punto Banco Mountains and the Baru Volcano, a dormant volcano located in Panama. There can not be a wilder place for a Costa Rica vacation getaway.
From your deck you will see the scarlet red macaws flying among the swinging monkeys. Without leaving the neighborhood of your garden, you will enjoy spectacular ocean sunrises, a pristine and secluded beach and fishing on the shore.
Venture to wonderful waterfalls, deep waters, rainforest trails and more breathtaking scenery.
This home is surrounded by a tropical perfume paradise, with flowering plants such as ginger, halyconia, and hibiscus. Fruit trees such as mango, lemon, breadfruit, pineapple, papaya and banana are there for picking (depending on the season).
The chalet's large kitchen is fully equipped with a solar refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, pure bottled water, stove with oven, wooden shelves, counter and work island.
There are also two spacious living areas with ocean views, a large dining room with wooden table and chairs, as well as four bedrooms that sleep 6 to 8 people, with queen size, four-poster beds, d excellent mattresses, mosquito nets, ceiling fans, night lights for reading as well as a complete bathroom with shower and hot water, as well as an outdoor shower.

- PAYMENT : Payment can be made by local personal/business check, credit card, cashiers local check, money order, bitcoin, bank wire or paypal from a funded account.
- TO RESERVE : A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. With some exceptions, balance is due one month prior to arrival.
- TO CANCEL : Reservations cancelled more than 60 days before arrival are refundable minus a $75 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less before start of stay are refundable, less a $75 processing fee, only if we are able to re-rent the premises for the same time period, and we do our best to do that.

Stayed May 2017 Maison en bambous rustique mais pleine de charme et bien équipée à quelques mètres de l'océan. Possibilité de faire de nombreuses balades en solo ou avec William, le manager, au cours desquelles vous êtes quasiment assurés de voir des singes (capucins, hurleurs, singes écureuils, singes araignées). Egalement un vrai plaisir de voir les majestueux aras rouges passer régulièrement au-dessus de la maison et poser pour nous dans les arbres juste devant. Le propriétaire Kirk est aussi très gentil et nous a très bien accueilli. En résumé, un excellent séjour au plus proche de la nature.

Stayed December 2017 This house was the perfect place to stay if you are going to Matapalo, location couldn’t be better as it was on the best swimming beach and the views were amazing from the house. The surfing beach backwash was an 8 minute walk away but very dangerous swimming there. Kirk was a great helpful host and answered my many questions with lots of information and William looked after us very well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
