Discover a Luxurious Chalet at the Foot of the Matterhorn in Zermatt, surrounded by 40+ peaks above 4,000 meters. This elegant mountain retreat is just steps away from the Sunnegga funicular, offering access to 350 kilometers of ski slopes. Located in the heart of Zermatt, it's close to shops, nightlife, and the main train station.

Leave your car in a private parking area, as cars are not allowed in this traditional Alpine village. A shuttle is available to reach the residence, a few minutes from the ski lifts. Upon arrival, you'll find a welcoming hall with a fitness room for all guests and a bar.

Inside your property, you can conveniently store your ski equipment in the private storage area, then take the elevator to explore the 535m² spread across four levels.

On the top floor, an impressive living room with colorful velvet armchairs surrounds a central open fireplace resting on a stone base. Under the exposed wooden beams, this space combines Alpine tradition with contemporary design. An open kitchen with a stainless steel bar complements the professional kitchen on the residence's ground floor. Large windows frame the room, opening to a balcony with magnificent views.

This level also offers a wellness area with a mosaic jacuzzi and sauna, designed with meticulous attention to interior architecture, providing a refined and elegant atmosphere.

Descending to the second floor, you'll find two spacious southwest-facing bedrooms with breathtaking mountain views. One of the bedrooms features a walk-in closet. Like all areas of the chalet, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable ambiance.

The first level hosts three additional bedrooms: two adaptable twin bedrooms and a children's room with four bunk beds. Each room has a spacious and functional en-suite bathroom. Here, you can unwind and entertain in a comfortable cinema room after a day on the slopes.
