Like its smaller sister 3 bedroom villa, it is a designer's dream with bright colors, Mexican tile, sun and moon sinks that wake you up even if you have been partying late at Bomba’s Shack!!
The West Indian style 4 bedroom, 4 bath Villa nestles into the contours of the land, with bedrooms set in separate cottages maintaining maximum privacy. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The house welcomes you with an open, airy feeling. The covered dinning area which is the focal point of the house boasts an open plan gourmet kitchen, so no one is left out of the entertaining. A six-burner Viking stove, stainless steel ice making refrigerator and dishwasher complete this gourmet kitchen.
Spectacular turquoise infinity pool offers breathtaking views over Long Bay and the Palm Grove, or with superb sunsets over Smuggler's Cove. Use the cocktail seat in the pool so you can watch the sun go down while sipping a rum punch.
To the west of the house there is also a deck for alfresco dinning with a built in stainless steel BBQ stove. Here on fine evenings you can dine under the stars.

This villa is beautiful and impeccably cared for and has everything you could need for a care free vacation - plenty of towels, beach chairs, lots of space to spread out, gorgeous pool with built in bench seat, privacy, beauty, views, and the most wonderful host! We've rented villas on almost every Carribbean island in over 20 years and have never had such a welcoming, caring, owner. Loved everything!

My husband and I stayed at Katherine Villa with two other couples. We are all in our early 30s, but this is a great place for any couples or families. The Villa is well equipped with everything you need from beach chairs and towels to cookware and wifi ;) The pictures do not do this place a fraction of justice for how beautiful the views are. Katy was absolutely phenomenal She was quick to help us with anything we needed. When we arrived they had drinks, dinner, snacks, and even breakfast for the next morning there for us. We flew into St. Thomas and took a 45 minute Ferry ride into Tortola where Jon and Katy were waiting for us there with our rental car. The pasta at Fish n Lime is fantastic! The view for dinner at Banana Keet is indescribable D'Coalpots had fantastic ribs and their seafood pasta was also great!!! D Best Cup beside the little market also has a great breakfast. Smugglers Cove is just at the bottom of the hill from the Villa and it's like being at your own private beautiful beach!!! We also traveled to Virgin Gorda to see the Baths. They are beautiful, but don't worry if you are unable to see them. We will be back, God willing, and we hope you choose this beautiful place that we enjoyed so much.
