Located in the heart of the historic village of East Hampton NY, our property is a hospitality hybrid. Its ten rooms and suites offer all the privacy and comfort of a luxury boutique hotel, with all the intimacy and local expertise of the world’s best small inns. It has won almost every superlative a property can be awarded with a coveted “28" for food, despite serving only breakfast and not being open to the public.
But for the innkeepers and staff who run the place, and for thousands of return guests, the Inn is truly their home away from home. It’s a remarkable place where there’s always someone eager to make you a great cup of coffee to enjoy with ridiculously good homemade snacks.
Our personal assistants delight in sharing their Hamptons with you - whether that means setting up a picnic for you on their favorite secluded beach, creating a map just for you to explore the local bike trails and back roads, or securing a coveted reservation at an otherwise booked restaurant. (Or maybe you would prefer to try the less heralded joint the locals prefer…) The team practices what we call “the art of hospitality” to make sure your visit is more than you could have imagined.

Additional information
- Minimum Stay: 2 Night minimum weekends, 3 nights weekends June-Sept, Holidays 3-4 nights.
- Deposit of 60% required. Deposits/payments by check must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- Cancellations:On cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a service charge equal to 10% of the room charges (minimum $100). On cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date the deposit will be refunded less the service charge if we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Rather than forfeit the service charge on a refundable deposit you may choose to apply the full amount of the deposit to a future reservation within the same year. (100% occupancy must be achieved in order to be eligible for a refund.)

Voilà un endroit extraordinaire qui allie l'extrême qualité de service et la simplicité. Trop souvent les grand hôtels qui apportent du service perdent un peu d'humanité et de lien. Rien de tel ici où si le personnel est toujours disponible il reste très cool. La chambre est magnifiquement décorée et cosy le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, fruits frais, omelette au lobster ou sandwich au jambon de Parme. Vous disposez d'eau gazeuse, jus de fruits, cookies, fromage... à volonté 24/24. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé à travers le monde (Asie, Proche Orient, Europe) et j'affirme qu'il s'agit là d'un coup de cœur! Bella

We stayed 2 nights in early November. It is extremely clean, warm and cozy. The staff were very welcoming and happy to do anything to accommodate us. The 2 breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. There is a wonderful snack/cookie/ dessert bar that you can enjoy at any time. It is located in the village of East Hampton with the village of upper echelon stores an easy walk. Many yummy restaurants nearby as well. Stay there. You won't be disappointed. Molly

Researched many B&Bs in the area and landed there, in part because of the fantastic reviews from actual travelers. After my trip, I am so grateful that I made that choice. Stayed for the weekend with my fiance and we had an incredible time. The location, the room, the staff, the breakfast...everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The Inn is perfectly located within walking distance of just about everything in town. Coming down for breakfast in the morning was so much fun and the food was to die for. We loved the snack bar...probably a little too much. The staff was so friendly and so welcoming and helped us with everything (big and small) during our stay. We cannot wait to go back for another weekend and plan on making it an annual tradition. Alex
