Costa Rica vacation rentals : This beach chalet is located on the secluded beach of Pan Dulce, where the rainforest meets the sea. Most of the time you will not see anyone on this beautiful beach ! The view overlooks the magnificent Golfo Dulce, the Punto Banco Mountains and the Baru Volcano, a dormant volcano located in Panama. There can not be a wilder place for a Costa Rica vacation getaway.
From your deck you will see the scarlet red macaws flying among the swinging monkeys. Without leaving the neighborhood of your garden, you will enjoy spectacular ocean sunrises, a pristine and secluded beach and fishing on the shore.
Venture to wonderful waterfalls, deep waters, rainforest trails and more breathtaking scenery.
This home is surrounded by a tropical perfume paradise, with flowering plants such as ginger, halyconia, and hibiscus. Fruit trees such as mango, lemon, breadfruit, pineapple, papaya and banana are there for picking (depending on the season).
The chalet's large kitchen is fully equipped with a solar refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, pure bottled water, stove with oven, wooden shelves, counter and work island.
There are also two spacious living areas with ocean views, a large dining room with wooden table and chairs, as well as three bedrooms that sleep 6 to 8 people, with queen size, four-poster beds, d excellent mattresses, mosquito nets, ceiling fans, night lights for reading as well as a complete bathroom with shower and hot water, as well as an outdoor shower.

- PAYMENT : Payment can be made by local personal/business check, credit card, cashiers local check, money order, bitcoin, bank wire or paypal from a funded account.
- TO RESERVE : A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. With some exceptions, balance is due one month prior to arrival.
- TO CANCEL : Reservations cancelled more than 60 days before arrival are refundable minus a $75 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less before start of stay are refundable, less a $75 processing fee, only if we are able to re-rent the premises for the same time period, and we do our best to do that.

Beautiful location. Ever day several red macaws fly through and eat from the trees right next to the house. The caretaker is a knowledgeable guide for the jungle hike where we saw multiple waterfalls, plants and a bit of wildlife. Some from our group caught large parrot fish and snapper spearfishing within 500 meters of the house. Surfing during our visit was moderate. Beach is 50 meters from house with surfable waves within 400 meters. This place is full of life and can get loud with the sounds of nature (birds, monkeys, waves, etc.

Sur une vaste propriété séparée par la piste de Cabo Matapalo, sont étagées sur une colline face à la mer, plusieurs maisons en bambou pleines de charme. Kirk, le maitre des lieux, vous donnera tous les conseils souhaitables, en respectant votre indépendance. William, son manager Tico pourra vous guider, il connait parfiatement sa région. Les maisons sont reliées par radio à la maison de Kirk et de William. Les maisons sont bien équipées. Cette "Casa" est la plus proche de la plage. Quel plaisir, confortablement assis sur la terrasse située au premier étage de la maison sur pilotis, de voir, selon l'heure du jour, défiler dans les arbres, singes araignées et singes capucins ! Au crépuscule, les superbes aras zebraient le ciel de leur éclat de rubis, et , le matin, nous étions éveillés par le cri assourdissant des singes hurleurs. A 10 minutes en voiture, le beau lodge de Bosque del Cabo offre la possibilité de marcher dans ses nombreux superbes sentiers au travers de la forêt primaire, à condition de payer 25 US incluant un agréable déjeuner dans le restaurant en terrasse. Nous avons habité l'une des maisons en août 2016 et c'était absolument exceptionnel. De vraies belles maisons fabriquées en bambou à 100% ''environmentally friendly'', privées avec de grandes terrasses, vraiment confortables et bien équipées pour faire la cuisine. Le site est aussi magnifique: tout ce que l'on peut voir comme animaux dans le parc Corcovado se balade autour des maisons, en toute liberté, sans oublier les singes qui nous rendent visite quotidiennement et que l'on peut admirer de la maison.
