The ground floor consists of a spacious living area with kitchen, dining room and living room as well as the other two bedrooms, including the master bedroom which comprises its private bathroom with a bathtub and an Italian shower, a double washbasin and a dressing room.

Enjoy your holidays in total tranquillity with our private 29 m2 swimming pool and gazebo, nestled in the heart of a landscaped tropical garden. As an extension to the villa, a beautiful terrace links the interior to the exterior, offering a pleasant and ideal space to enjoy your meals. To maximise your comfort, we offer daily housekeeping and bed-making services and provide household and beach linen.

The Prestige villa is ideal for 8 people, and can accommodate 2 additional people on the sofa bed of the living room.

The ideal location of the resort facilitates your access on foot to various local facilities and shops: a jogging park, a children’s playground, a small open-air shopping centre Ruisseau Créole with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bank, doctor, wine shop, hairdresser … as well as London Way and Palm Square shopping centres. La Preneuse beach is a mere 5-minute walk from the Villas.

The 450m2 clubhouse is a must if you want to enjoy all the services offered by the resort. The reception and concierge service are also based there. Within this friendly and relaxed atmosphere, you will find several spaces at your disposal, as an extension to your own villa.
