This luxurious, Mexican-style villa can accommodate up to 16 guests and is located on a beautiful hill overlooking 3 of the prettiest beaches in Las Terrenas.
Situated at the end of the Las Ballenas beach road, right where the river flows into the sea, it is only 100 meters from the beach and just 10 minutes to town by car.
The villa has a big infinity pool that faces the West, so be ready to enjoy the best sunset views!!!
The space
This 2-story villa has a total of 7 bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning.
All the bedrooms have an ocean view.
Upper floor:
Large, open living room on a huge terrace overlooking the infinity pool, Playa Bonita, and the mountains, with an American fully equipped kitchen and BBQ.
1 Master Bedroom with king-size bed and a big bathroom.
1 Bedroom with a king-size Bed and a bathroom.
Lower floor:
A spacious room to play billiards, watch TV, enjoy the bar, and a massage room.
1 Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and a big bathroom.
2 Bedrooms with queen-size beds and bathrooms.
A “Family Apartment” of 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. These 2 rooms share 1 bathroom centered in the middle of both bedrooms.
Big parking area for about 5 cars
Other things to note
Electricity for air conditioning is an additional cost for the tenant!!!
There is a seperate meter.
It is NOT ALLOWED to use the villa for any kind of parties.
The tenant agrees to listen to his music at normal volume so that the neighbors are not disturbed. From 10 PM it is forbidden to listen to music that is heard outside the house.
FORBIDDEN to use Hookah / light fireworks in the garden or terraces or any place that belongs to the property !!!!!
Neither THE OWNER nor THE REPRESENTATIVE are nor will be responsible for any injury, injury or damage suffered by the Tenant, children, or strange visitors or another person, group, family, or company, or any other entity; within the property's premises. They will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
The owner or representative is not and will not be responsible for power cuts, TV- cable and Internet breakdown or constructions close by the property.
No refunds for these reasons.

Summer
Our group had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Beatrice, the house manager, was wonderful and easily accessible to answer all of our questions and requests. The house staff supported us in every way while our group was at the villa. The house easily accommodates 10 people with a panaramic cliff top view. There was a small air conditioning Watts charge during checkout, just a heads up if you run the AC non stop. Definately referring to friends and family.

The house is wonderful. Even better than the photos. It is hard to accommodate every member of the family on vacation, but this Bonita villa does it flawlessly. Enough parking for 3 SUVs, comfortable beds, and AC in all bedrooms too. The sunset from the pool is incredible. Very much recommend leaving the cars parked and renting ATVs to traverse the town and it’s wonderful beaches. The crew that runs the house are fantastic. They were very welcoming to our family and we couldn’t have had more attentive service. If you are considering this house for a vacation, book it!
Fee
Most beautiful views of Las Terrenas but be informed that this property doesn't have direct access to Playa Bonita (which is a 20 mins car ride at least). The closest beach is Ballenas who offers one of the nicest swims in the area. The host is AMAZING, and the house comes with a full staff of 4 wonderful ladies that cook, clean and run errands on demand. We had a magical 8 days in Villa Loma!
