The Villa is easily accessible by paved roads, just five minutes from Coral Bay, and 10 minutes from the North Shore beaches. Although the Villa is convenient to beaches and shopping, it is miles away in atmosphere. Located high above the Bordeaux Mountain Valley, this home features many comforts such as:

The home's three bedrooms offer the best of island ambience. Each bedroom features its own covered deck, which overlook beautiful Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountain Valley and beyond from an elevation of 800 feet. Each bedroom also features king size beds, with all the comforts of home, down to the very high thread count linens. The bedrooms occupy separate structures of each other for total privacy. Each bedroom has its own bath. All baths have clear cypress ceilings, custom mahogany vanities with Italian marble counter tops with matching Italian marble showers.

- A deposit of 65% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

We all want to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your lovely home. You really did a job when you built it! It is wonderful. Lois was a great help with keeping in touch with AA and lost luggage. Erickson was quite the worker. You are quite lucky to have such good people working with you. Hopefully we'll be able to bring the family down again for another vacation. Next time, however, it will have to be for two weeks. One was certainly not long enough! We are envious of y'all! This was our third visit to St John, first stay at the Villa. Your villa has it all, beautifully decorated and everything needed to make our trip enjoyable. My favorite place is sitting by the pool looking out over Coral Bay, the most breathtaking view anyone could image. Accommodations First Class all the way. You don't every have to leave the villa, but restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches are close by and an easy drive to. I've recommended this Villa to all my friends. We had a great time in St. John and at your villa. Your place is absolutely beautiful and the layout worked out really well to provide us with great common space, but also good private space to allow kids to nap, adults to sleep in, etc. The location is also great with the proximity to the beaches and Coral Bay.
