Literally 10 steps from the sand and the sea, and located in a quiet and not too touristy area, it is the perfect retreat for those looking for the calm and peace of the island.
The beauty of this house is that you have all the benefits of peace and tranquility without being too far from all the bars, restaurants, marina and local facilities of Bonaire-Malpas, all within walking distance.
The villa is family-oriented and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a good holiday in paradise.
The villa has been perfectly designed with in particular the kitchen and the living room which are separated from the bedrooms by a corridor. Perfect for also receiving guests, it has a large open living room with integrated fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with large bay windows offering a spectacular view of the sea.
There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms in total, two king-size bedrooms with private bathrooms, one with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. Two other bathrooms on the other side of the house.
